Charters... With shallow water everywhere, backcountry fishing in the Everglades requires a highly specialized craft and it gets done in the comfortable Pathfinder 2200V TE built by The Maverick Boat Company. It's a 22 foot, shallow water skiff capable of running in just a few inches of water. It's designed for a guide and one or two passengers and will cruise at forty-five miles per hour. This bay boat has enormous bait and live wells, exceptional storage, range, and the all-important dry performance. With a Yamaha motor and long range capability, we can travel over a hundred miles per day. It's the ideal vessel for traveling to and stalking the flats of Key Largo and the Everglades.

Pricing... Charters are for one or two anglers. For a third angler, add $75.00.	Four Hours: Six Hours: Eight Hours		$400.00 $475.00 $550.00

All bait, tackle, licenses and permits are included.
Booking a charter in advance requires a $100.00 per day deposit.
I accept cash or personal checks.
If we get cancelled by weather (Capt's. choice), all monies are refundable or if you cancel more than seven days before your scheduled trip. Please see the Cancellation Policy below.

Details...

Bring food and drink. Remember, that it's only for a day. I provide an iced cooler.
Polarized sunglasses are a must for cutting the glare on the water helping you to actually see the fish. A brown tint is best
Bring sunscreen and a hat.
You can never go wrong bringing a light weight jacket. In the winter, a jacket or sweatshirt is necessary as well as a scarf for your face.
Rain gear is provided. Rain showers in the Keys, usually pass right on through quickly.

Bring a camera. There will be many photo opportunities during the day.

While it is fine to bring your own tackle, please note that some tackle is not suitable for the fishing you have planned. So, it's best to first ask me what you are planning to bring once your trip is booked.

There is no bathroom on a flats skiff. However, we are usually no more than 15 minutes from facilities, if necessary.

Group trips and tournaments can be easily arranged.

Cancellations...

Cancellations due to inclement weather, are at the Captain's discretion only.

Cancellations made by the client inside of a 7 day cancellation period "for any reason" will be billed the deposit amount.

I reserve the right to handle each cancellation separately due to different circumstances.

Should you need to cancel at the last minute, call me. Voice mails are time dated.
